1. Account Security & Credential Management
Because the Service is a secure B2B platform, maintaining account integrity is a shared responsibility.
• Individual Accounts: User credentials (usernames and passwords) are for individual use only. Sharing account credentials between employees, contractors, or third parties is strictly prohibited.
• Password Strength: Users must create strong passwords that meet our platform's complexity requirements (e.g., minimum length, special characters).
• Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA): all TTS portal users will be subject to multi-factor authentication.
• Compromise Notification: You must immediately notify your organization's administrator and our support team if you suspect your password or account has been compromised.
2. Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities:
• System Abuse: Do not attempt to bypass, disable, or circumvent any security, encryption, or digital rights management mechanisms of the Service.
• Unauthorized Access: Do not attempt to access accounts, data, or systems belonging to other customers or users without explicit authorization.
• Reverse Engineering: Do not decompile, reverse engineer, or disassemble any portion of the software or platform.
• Automated Scraping: Do not use bots, spiders, or automated scripts to scrape, harvest, or extract data from the platform unless using our officially provided APIs.
• Disruption: Do not overload, flood, or engage in Denial of Service (DoS) attacks against our infrastructure.
3. Data & Content Standards
You are solely responsible for all data, text, files, and content (“Customer Data”) uploaded to the platform. Customer Data must not:
• Violate any applicable local, national, or international laws or regulations.
• Infringe upon the intellectual property, privacy, or publicity rights of any third party.
• Contain malicious code, viruses, malware, trojan horses, or logic bombs.
• Contain highly sensitive personal data (such as health records, government IDs, or payment cards) unless explicitly permitted by your specific subscription tier and data processing agreement (DPA).
4. Fair Use & Resource Limits
To ensure optimal performance for all B2B clients, your usage must comply with standard operational limits:
• API Constraints: API calls must remain within the standard rate limits outlined in your service agreement.
• Storage Limits: Data storage must not exceed the allocations assigned to your organization’s specific plan.
5. Monitoring, Enforcement, & Suspension
We reserve the right to investigate violations of this Policy. If we determine that a violation has occurred, we may take immediate action, including:
• Issuing a formal warning to your organization's administrator.
• Removing or blocking prohibited Customer Data.
• Suspending or terminating specific user accounts or the organization's access to the Service without prior notice if a severe security risk is detected.
